Missing Orders: If there is a problem with your order, such as missing items, incorrect items, or an order that did not arrive, please reach out to sales@wispcases.com within 3 months of placing the order. Unfortunately, orders older than 3 months are unable to be handled due to increased fraud risk. 

Incorrect Address: If you find you have provided the incorrect shipping address, the fund for the items (excluding shipping) will be refunded to the original form of payment, once the original order has been received back via mail. Due to the nature of a one person business, errors due to customer negligence are unable to be corrected at the cost of the artist. Please double check your shipping address to avoid this error, thank you. If the return package is never received, the items can not be refunded. 

Are returns free?

We currently do not offer free return labels. Return labels must be purchased from a shipping carrier to return items.

What items are eligible for return?

All items within 30 days from the date of fulfillment
of unused and resellable condition

What items are non-refundable? The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

The item I received is damaged

If the purchased product is faulty, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date at sales@wispcases.com with an image of the damage.

I received the wrong case size

If you believe you received the wrong case size, please send us a picture of the back of the case to sales@wispcases.com and we'll determine if the wrong size was shipped
